about shane, yeah i myself wanted to see that fight but cotto is with top rank so arum did everything he could to push for the fight instead, to the point of forcing pac to fly halfway around the world just to watch the cotto-clottey fight. you're right tho, mosley would've been just as good of a fight if not better in terms both money and legacy.

the spaniards never reached the region where pacquiao was born in. can't say about most of the filipino posters (including me) but pac is as close to a pure native filipino as you can get.
