Correct. If you are subscribed to Showtime you don't have to pay for the fight as a PPV, just pay the monthly subscription as you do normally, no extra charges.

Edit: Forgot to add, yeah you pay a PPV type of fee if you don't have Showtime so it can be called Showtime PPV.

that would be great, but i highly DOUBT it if the expected card of Juan Diaz vs. Paulie Malignaggi, rematch, 12 rounds, junior welterweights; Victor Ortiz vs. Antonio Diaz, 10 rounds, welterweights comes through for that date...
