This fight will be on Showtime this Saturday. Its in the Cruiserweight division. I was just wondering if anyone has any insights. I don't know either boxer. Braithwaite (21-0) is a slight favorite to win. Mormeck is 30-2 but his only loses came very early in his career. Both fighters have had great fights in their last 4 fights. Not sure about this one. My early guess is Braithwaite by late KO.

Mormeck has a very good chin, he`s never been down or from what i hear even hurt. His neck is like a thick tree trunk! I saw the rematch with Virgil Hill, it could have easily been a draw and Hill was terrible in that fight.
Braithwaite isn`t the best crusierweight in history but he`s the best right now. I pick Braithwaite on points. Also, the bookies have this one at even odds for both guys so i am thinking of backing Braithwaite on points with some cash! -

This should be a war, both guys won't need to go looking for each other so it should be action all the way. I'm picking Mormeck on points because having only seen Braithwaite once he looked like a ****er & that's it whereas Mormeck is a little more well rounded so i'm backing Mormeck.Comment

I'll take Braithewaite, he's more powerful with underrated skills IMO. Big Truck can really **** and I think he'd even have success at heavy if he made the decision to move up. This should be a good scrap.Comment
