Is Haye the best fighter his size in the world?

Though I am a Wlad fan and really put off on how Haye trash talked for months and then didn't deliver for whatever reason, I still think Haye is the best fighter out of any relatively his size in the world. I could see only Adamek giving him any bit of trouble out of any fighter in the world who is 200-225 lbs.
So do you agree that Haye would most likely beat anyone in his general size range and most likely by brutal ko?

If Eddie Chambers fought Haye the way he fought Dimitrenko he could beat Haye.

Fast Eddie wouldn't look so fast though.

Boytsov would be an interesting fight, so would a pre-mayweather style Ibragimov and top form Chagaev.

I would say so. Adamek is close but Head to Head i think Haye's speed and Adameks non existant elusivness would be the difference

Probably, but I think Eddie has a style that would present problems for Haye.

Eddie isn't slow by any means, just slower than Haye. If he stays behind that high guard, works an effective jab, while stalking and pressuring Haye, he could win.

Eddie is the more technically skilled of the two and Haye is more naturally talented.
