I'm sure Manny himself doesn't buy into the rubbish being spouted by his trainer. He's the one who must do the fighting, and it's foolish for him to believe Cotto is easy pickings. I don't think Pac will dare to rush his attack expecting an instant KO. That said, the situation is similar to Trinidad-Hopkins, but the fights themselves are very different.

The sad ass media is messing up Freddy's quotes to confuse casual fans and people who dont take the time to ready enogh about boxing facts.

As for now Freddy prediction is round 9 KO. About the first round KO he actually said that he was playing around. However he said afterwards that they will bring the heat to Cotto early and that if Manny hurt him like other did early it would be over but by anymeaning is a prediction.

Im hating the media covering boxing this days for not being competent.

So he is taking everything he said? You can't take away everything you say he still made the prediction just like Trinidad Sr did.
