I've been to Arizona, and it was blazing hot at midnight. The food is good and the people are nice, but they walk around in thier underwear (shorts too, sometimes) at night. I hope this is for real and profitable for him, not just exploitation.

Hispanic Them Park

Is this an "exclusively" Hispanic/Mexican Theme Park? Judging from the article "Hispanics" are mentioned prominently & Mesa, Arizona does not consist solely of "Hispanics"! I wish Chavez success, what with all his personal issues,ie...drugs, taxes, etc. However, he may want to re-think his marketing strategy. It's going to take more than just "Hispanics" supporting his establishment in order for it to be successful.
