That's a bit vague...which HOF'ers specifically, are you referring to?

Roy Jones is a Legend period.

Too bad he spent half the time fighting Cabbies.

I can only comment on what has gone on in my lifetime,so I would say that Roy and SRL are equally the most talented fighters I have seen.

Roy could have beat anybody in history at his best, but he wouldn't have beat them boxing, he would have beat them with pure speed and quickness. Roy was so unbelievably quick, he never really had to learn how to box. Roy started taking the fundamentals of boxing seriously after the Glen Johnson fight when he realized the age had slowed him to the point where he vulnerable to normal humans. Prior to Tarver landing that left hook, Roy was simply not there when an opponent threw a punch.

There were lots of fighters with better boxing skills than Roy, but none of them were as quick or as fast as Jones at his peak.

                Roy is great.

Im not sure Eubank beat any really great fighters, but he was a champion for many years beating everyone. Eubank and RJJ in their primes would have been good for RJJ resume.

in all his fights, he only fought 3 outside of your country, two of which were against old shadows of themselves. Prime hopkins and prime jones both spank that ass. And looking at his early conquests, its undeniable that he has padding his record.

Going up...from his first fight he fought a

                  7-16
                  5-7
                  12-23
                  10-15
                  1-1
                  14-28
                  7-9
                  10-13
                  26-21
                  5-9
                  33-34
                  7-9

WTF...dude fought nothing but bums for his first 12 fights at least

Benn I don't really see what great names are on his resume.. A couple here and there, but he fought a guy, named Winston Burnett, who had a 17-66!!! record... he fought this guy twice. Eubank..probably has the best resume of the three, didn't just stay at home fought worldwide, ect...and he still fought winston Burnett too. LOL

Prime Roy ices all those guys... And then we wouldn't even be talking about them, since he would've made them look so bad.
Benn beat Gerrald McCellan dont forget. Supposedly Americas best at the time. Just saying RJJ would have been remembered as a better boxer if he had proven champs, who happened to be british on his resume. So we can really compare how good he was to guys across the pond. It is a yardstick. We know RJJ was perhaps the best in America. But that dont mean you are the best in the world. Just saying it would have been good for RJJ.

                    No, this man was.

Look at his perfect balance, excellent defense, speed and ko ratio with minime gloves.
Never been knocked down, only fought prime world champions.

Uh I forgot he was knocked down, fought 100 Bums, was slower and has a lesser ko ratio. Lost 19 times. No blocking, nowhere textbook dodging, not that good balance etc.
