That's BS, the WBC has created more localist (in this case Mexican) champions than the IBF, WBO and WBA combined. Hell, they even ranked a lowly bum like Chavez Jr. just because he is the son of a legend. Its obvious that they would love to have a Mexican heavyweight champion, I doubt that they have anything against Arreola.
