if margo didn't beat cotto, cotto would've retired dlh, not pac. then pac would never have jump to 147 in the first place.

boxing odds is all about getting the bets out.

pacquiao is the more well known fighter. cotto has to be the underdog to get casual boxing fans to bet on him.

          1. no proof margarito cheated cotto

          2. cotto probably would have gotten the delahoya fight. sucks to be cotto.

          3. don't even talk about pacquiao fighting bums , *****. a beltholder like diaz who was top 3 in his division is a tuneup for pacquiao. when pacquiao was fighting barrera for his ring/lineal belt , cotto was fighting nobodies for a wbc international belt.

I think so. Pac's momentum has more to do with his KO wins over Hatton and DLH than Cotto's loss to Margarito. While he has shined in those outings Cotto is coming off a tough win over Clottey, which some people dispute. That fight would still have blunted Cotto's momentum had he beaten Margarito, and the Pac hype would still be full force.

Pac started at 106! I doubt Arums logic is since a HUGE WW in Margarito beat down Cotto he is gonna finish im off with Pac..c'mon man ARUM GETS PAID EITHER WAY.. you guys are goofy
Arum is about the MONEY 1st..and had Cotto beat Rito..No way Arum wouldve derailed 1 of his money trains...he wouldve had an undefeated welterweight king in Cotto looking to fight Mayweather...and he wouldve had Pacquiao still riding this huge wave after DLH and Hatton..probably after Mayweather or Mosley.

No way DLH wouldve fought Cotto..Cotto would have and still would Destroy DLH.
