Floyd Mayweather Jnr vs Joshua Clottey @ 147 Who Wins?

Clottey lost a close split decision to Cotto, a fight which could have easily gone either way. If the two fought 10 times, I think they'd probably win 5 each. So how would Clottey do against Floyd Mayweather Jnr?

mayweather ud ... if clotteys past fight reign true, he starts off well and then his workrate will suddenly drop off and he'll lose the decision ... and clottey deosnt have big enuf power for that to be a real factor.

would love to see this fight. i think floyd wins but not as convincing as people think. I actually think clottey might have a chance at winning if he lets his hands go. its hard to say how it would go because floyd has amazing talent but i think clottey would finally push him to his best if not actually beat him.

Clottey has found ways to lose to much lesser opposition, Floyd wins and it aint even close.

I don't think Clottey would win a round.

You remeber people where margarito in most rankings last year after he beat cotto and hadnt fought mosley. Baldomir was a disqualification where clottey was clearly beating him. Cotto imo is the top welter right now because floyd has not fought a welter in almost two years now. Ok so where has he lost to much lesser opposition?

Mayweather wins, Clottey puts some pressure on but his workrate is too low to trouble Mayweather too much IMO and Clottey sometimes just plods forward which allows Mayweather to just move around on him. Mayweather UD.

I was speaking skillwise. On a styles matchup I just dont see Clottey being able to hang with Floyd. Clottey fights down to the level of the competition alot, he fought down to Zab IMO and it seemed he could have separated himself alot earlier, but he didnt. He could have separated himself from Cotto IMO also, but he really didnt. If Cotto's movement befuddled him, I can only imagine what Floyd's movement would do.

Mayweather by close UD, because Clottey has a history of letting these big fights slip away and he doesn't throw enough to get to Mayweather consistently. Would be interesting, and potentially pretty boring.
