I disagree... just because the WBA called him champion or recess, or whatever the **** that means... in reality, he was inactive for long enough that he should have been just right out stripped, and Valuev got it back by fighting Ruiz (who is always the #1 contender, obviously).

Not that it matters, Haye wants the Klitschkos, so it's just a matter of time before they get the WBA belt too.
