    Report from COTTO's Media day....

Cotto looked good, though he was very quiet. He didn't push himself hard. He sparred three rounds or so and did some floor work. I asked what he weighed, but they didn't answer, saying he'd flown yesterday, etc. I'm guessing 153-154, in that range.

Phil Landsman, his conditioning coach, said this is the best camp he's had since he's been there (9 fights) and that making 145 won't be an issue.

I think Cotto might be at about 148-150 actually..he looks considerably smaller than when he comes in usually on fight night which is usually about 157lbs..

Cotto will make that 145lbs comfortably..

Roach is just trying to psychologically defeat Cotto..but it's not working..and I know he's ****ting himself!..

Seeing the earlier video today with Cotto training on the 29th of Oct, he's looking really lean, but in great shape. Them not mentioning how much he weighs now isn't something people should pay much attention to. I think he's going to make the weight with no problems.

I wonder how much harder it was to resist Puerto rican food when you are on the island.

But much props to Miguel for putting his foot down and getting the training camp he's always wanted. Him , his dad, his boys and his team. In a sweet mansion in Florida.

        Good for you, Miguel.
