WTF was Morales doing? When he switched stances to southpaw, he started catching right hands that staggered him. He was slipping all over the place and getting nailed too. Does anyone understand why he did that? It didn't give him a better chance to hit Pacquiao did it?

He was trying to slug it out for the fans. He said so to Larry Merchant in the interview. Giving fans what they paid for. -
So what your saying is that he was dominant over pac to such an extent Morales had to switch to southpaw to bring Pac into the fight more so it is fought on more even terms? Actually, isn`t that what happend?Originally posted by PRboxingfanHe was trying to slug it out for the fans. He said so to Larry Merchant in the interview. Giving fans what they paid for.Comment

Almost? He was a hairsbreadth from handing a victory to Manny by pulling such a ****** stunt. I can understand him wanting to put on a show for the fans, but not at the risk of serious injury. He could've (and should've) traded from conventional stance, switching to southpaw against a southpaw was insanity at it's finest. He clearly took too many punches earlier in the fightOriginally posted by TyrantT316he was almost out on his feet
