Whatever, Pac is still a small fighter that has had success against bigger opponents than him. Unlike De La Hoya who moved up in weight and couldn't get a clean win. Lost to Hopkins and got a gift in his bout with Felix Sturm.

Whatever Pac does in this weight its a bonus for him. He exceeded everyone expectations that now everyone believes in miracles.
So they got a little more faith in God thanx to Pac.

I don't know about 6 rounds. I do think a prime Oscar is too big and strong for Manny but I think his speed could carry him longer in the fight, if not to a dec loss.

Manny get's all my respect in the world but what he did vs Oscar wasn't the real Oscar and he and Roach knew that. That's why they took the fight, that and the money of course.

How the **** would Oscar destroy a quick southpaw opponent who isn't there to get hit?
You can't hit what you can't see.
Oscar didn't even land any of his punches against a cracked out Pernell Whitaker....
Prime or not, it would still look like this
          Pacvs DelahOya

          DelaHoya vs Whitaker

First of all, Oscar was much bigger than Manny. Second, in his prime he punched hard enough to hurt any welterweight or light mw. I believe it was Merchant who said that his left hook was like a middleweights. And it was true. His punching power was underrated. And he was lighting fast as well. If you take all that into account, you see that there is no way Pacquiao coulda beaten him in his prime. Oh yes, and Oscar also had a first class chin.
