What sort of impact will Haye make on the boxing world if he Ko's Valuev?

Will this be the biggest statement in the heavyweight division since Douglas koed Tyson?

    What you guys think?

Well he isn't the underdog so no. It will shock the mainstream fans who don't know their stuff though

No where near Tyson Douglas but it'll be a shock by the sheer physicality of it, haye is punching up by a foot it's unlikely but possible with one of his haymakers..
If haye don't get the KO it'll b home decision for valuev IMO

        I don't think it's possible, really.

Not only has Valuev got a rock for a head. But the size differential means Dave will most likely have to over-extend most of his punches taking most of the steam of them.

Haye hits like a train but it's just the geographical location of Valuev's big, ugly noggin, lol. I don't think it's possible, I don't think Haye's punches will have that much pop up top compared to the lights-out kind of power we have become used to.

And Valuev as limited as he is does actually have an okay jab to keep the fight fairly long. If Haye wins, it's because he shows us something he has never shown us before - ability to stick to a fairly passive game plan of getting in and out.

Personally it'd take a lot more than that to sell me on Haye. He took an easy route with Valuev and fully expect him to outclass him.

If he manages to knockout Valuev, I'd be seriously impressed.

As I'd expect most everyone who watched it.

It would be a massive shock IMO. Valuev has hardly been hurt in any of his fights. For Haye to come up from cruiser to KO him, that's a huge acheivement.

Yeah. I think it'll probably be a decision in the end but I won't be surprised if Haye topples him

Valuev is one of the weakest champs ever and Haye had both Klitschkos available to him (particularly Vitali before he chose Valuev instead)
