No he doesn't, you're saying this because you don't like Mayweather. If Mayweather called out Mosley and Mosley said ''I'll consider things'' would you care? No.

Mosley had two oppurunities to fight Mayweather, now he has to wait in line.

I'd prefer Mayweather to fight the winner of the Cotto and Pacquiao fight. Which is probably what Mayweather is waiting on right now.

Mayweather also tried to make a fight with Mosley in 1999 when they were at LW. Mosley turned down both. Now that he's old and his career is not what it used to be....
