who will win and how?
Wladimir Klitschko vs Eddie Chambers

On the outside it looks like Wladimir might win because he's much bigger than Chambers. But Chambers is very good defensively, when he fought Dimitrenko, Dimitrenko landed like 1-5 punches a round.
Critics will say when Wladimir lands a right hand, it's light out for Chambers, but I don't think Wladimir will land a clean shot on Chambers at all. If Chambers can close the distance and constantly be ducking, blocking, and slipping 95% of the time (which he did against Dimitrenko), I say Chambers has a good shot at winning.Last edited by Boxingwizard; 11-01-2009, 09:24 PM.Comment

Loved the way Chambers fought Dimitrenko. Dimitrenko is an almost carbon copy of Wlad.
The left hook to Dimitrenko's arm when he had it extended in his face was genius, it made AD not want to leave his arm out. Wlad does the same thing and he's allowed to, even though it's illegal.
Every time clinched, Eddie would just power out of it and he still had a lot of energy at the end. Wlad does the same to avoid inside fighting and tire out his opponents at the same time.
His punches are the fastest in the heavyweight division with good defense and he's smart.
It's an uphill battle, but if I was gonna bet, it'd be on the underdog Chambers.Comment

^^^^^^^
says the clown who picked Arreola over Vitali.
I stopped reading when you said "Dimitrenko is an almost carbon copy of Wlad"
You're a moron.
Wlad is 1,000,000,000 times better than Dimitrenko.
Chambers win over Dimitrenko is OVERRATED.
Dimitrenko was an untested, unproven fragile punching bag. Old, washed up Luan Krasniqi was whooping his ass, landing punches at will and clearly winning the fight until he got caught by the body shot.
Wlad has mastered and perfected the "hit and not get it" boxer/puncher style. He completely dominates and KO's all of his opponents (47 KOs in 53 wins).
I've said it before and I'll say it again....Wlad/Chambers = Wlad/Byrd
Prime Byrd was a better fighter than Chambers IMO. Wlad completely dominated Prime Byrd and knocked him down 3 times.
Wlad will destroy Chambers.Last edited by Klitschko2011; 11-02-2009, 06:15 AM.Comment

If I was betting with my heart I'd definitely go with Chambers. But using my head I'd have to go with Klit but by a UD.Comment

Chambers is a very talented HW with a tight defense, quick hands, and is a very good counter puncher. His power is underrated and if he were a better finisher I'd like his chances more against Wlad. As it is, I think he has a very good chance of lasting the distance, but I don't see him getting past the jab enough to win the fight.Comment

@ Klitschko2009
Says the nuthugging idiot that picked Dimitrenko over Chambers. You said Chambers was going to get 'destroyed', I never even picked Arreola outright, I said he was going to make it a lot tougher than people were predicting. Which he did since everyone was predicting an early 1st-5th round knockout.
Dimitrenko is not on the same level as Wlad, but the similarities between Wlad and Dimitrenko are there whether you like it or not. And the things Chambers did in that fight tell me he wouldn't be just another sitting duck that would lose every round in one sided fashion. Read the response below.
It might be a slight exaggeration, but only slightly. The similarities are there, in their height, weight, reach, build, style, and a few of the same tendencies.I stopped reading here.

Seeing as he's trained by the same trainer that molded and helped develop both Klitschko's, then how off base am I? Your loss, might've learned something.Comment
