It's because they agree with him. The tone was a tad out of line. But that man was speaking the truth. PBF should fight the best competition at 147. Even his own fans, assuming they are fans of boxing as well, should want that. I certainly do. RA was correct.

I do give Judah credit for Spinks the second fight. One of the few times he's won the big one.

I laugh at the "fans" for being so upset that Floyd no longer gives them what they want to see.
I dont have a problem with him fighting de la hoya or hatton. he beat de la hoya at 154, so fair play, he beat hatton at 147, still a good accomplishment as he was undefeated. however hatton was a junior welterweight so he wont get very much credit and rightly so. but to then fight marquez at 147 is a joke. espescially when you add the fact that it was contracted @144 so he robs an extra couple pounds. that is unacceptable and not something you would say about a GOAT.

To be honest I to thought the rugged man was disrepectfull to Floyd, especailly when he has never boxed or risked his life in a ring.

There can be good and bad points about virtually all fighters career. Yes maybe Floyd hasn't took enough risks, but he is still a ATG fighter and one of the best defence's of all time.

He made out like Floyd has just fought jouryman and fringe contenders since his Corrales win. Which isn't true. Look at some of the wins he has had since Corrales

-Jesus Chavez(31 Fight win streak, and after floyd beat him, went on to become IBF 135 champion)

-Jose Luis Castillox2 (#1 Lightweight, who Floyd moved up to fight on his debut at 135. After Floyd defeated him, Castillio went on to WBC champion, and defeat the likes of Joel Casamayor and Diego Corrales.

-Arturo Gatti (Was on a 5 fight win streak for Floyd, and was WBC 140 Champion, the fight after Mayweather, Gatti defeated the 37-0 top contender Thomas Damgaard)

-Zab Judah (Even though he was coming of a loss, still a very dangerous fighter, who going into the floyd fight had wins over Junior Witter, Cory Spinks, Micky Ward, and was a 2 weight world champion)

-Carlos Manuel Baldomir (Number #1 Ring Magazine Welterweight, who was on a 21 fight unbeaten streak)

-De La Hoya(Floyd fought Oscar at his real weight 154, and De La Hoay was coming of a KO win over WBC 154 Champion Ricardo Mayorga)

-Ricky Hatton (43-0 at the time, was number #1 140 fighter in the world and a world champion at 147, also number #4 on the P4P list. And don't just say Hatton wasn't a real 147 pounder, the likes of Sam Langford and Henry Armstrong would laugh at this ****)

-JMM (Marquez was number #2 P4P fighter in the world, and alot of people thought he was robbed against the number 1 in Manny. He was coming off two great wins, and although it was a big weight jump, the likes of Sam Langford and Armstrong use to do the same jumps in weight, and still won. After a 2 year lay off, Floyd give JMM a boxing lesson)

Floyd is so use to talking down to people and getting away with it and RA kind of checked him and treated him like an equal.
Floyd is a great fighter and deserved to be treated with respect but he is not special. You have to give respect to get it.
Something that needs to be realized is that Floyd is an alpha male. He feels that if he raises his voice and gets confrontational, he's going to intimidate, and get the upper hand in a losing argument. Larry, you have a problem with the style the interviewee had, but lets look back at the interview Floyd had with Bryan Kenny.

We all know Bryan Kenny is a nice docile guy. In his interview with Floyd, he never said anything that Floyd should have been offended by or anything that he wouldn't of been able to handle with rational behavior. However, Floyd was very disrespectful to Bryan Kenny by being pretentious, and comparing his prosperity to Kenny's every time Kenny made a valid point that Floyd had trouble countering. Same ol' Floyd, if you can't beat em', stun on them.

This Rugged guy was never planning on being complacent towards Floyd, because Floyd already has too many people kissing his ring, and not asking the "hard" questions. Rugged took the blue print from Kenny, and added some extra hardware on that ****. The heat was a little too much for Floyd to handle, why he got heated. Was he disrespectful towards Floyd, yes of course. Has Floyd been disrespectful to not only professionals of other lines of work, but his fellow Boxers, and his predecessors in his line of work?

Bottom line, Floyd got a taste of his own remedy. Apparently, he doesn't like the taste much.

Marquez is just a tune up fight. Of cource you want to see Floyd after a 2 year lay off to immidiately take on the best fighter but unlike "the fans", Floyd has a brain.

Take a look at the lad above me to see Mayweather's best wins. And remember that almost every single one of those fights, the "fans" wanted to see him face those fighters but after dominating they backstabbed him.

I can put a entirelly different twist on this.

He has been at Welter for 4 years, and has not beaten one VERY VERY GOOD PEAK, WELTER WHO WAS AT THEIR MOST EFFICENT WEIGHT CLASS. Not one.

Judah has lost to every good fighter he faced.
baldomir while it was a fight Mayweather should have taken as he was the champion... but lets not give credit for this being a great fight.
DlH was freaking 36 years old..Again a great money fight, and anyone would have taken this fight. So no hate on this one, but again lets not make this fight out more than what it is, a simple money move. Dlh was far from peak, and had been losing all his fights of recent..
Hatton, at welter was a joke,, The previous fight he almost got stopped by callazo..So again a good name, but not a top quality win. AT 147 Hatton proved nothing.
                    Jmm... Come the f on.

Many say floyd will never get any love...BS. Just do what everyone else does. He has been at welter for 4 years. No cotto, no margo, No mosley, No williams, No berto, no clottery...none of these names. He comes out of retirment is the Welterweight kingpin and instead of fightintg a welter he fights a man who has never fought at 147 nor 140 and only 2 at 135...Wow....

Gets called out by Margo and Mosly, etc.. and ignores them, Gets called out by Jmm and Hatton and he jumps at it.. WhY???
