    Haye no holy.

As you guys can probably tell, I have always been a holyfield fan and have followed him through his entire career. He is my favorite H.W. of them all. I heard David compare himself to Holyfield in the past, saying how he is BIGGER/STRONGER. I DON'T THINK SO!! There is no way David could emulate what Holyfield did last Nov. It wasn't his best performance, but it may have been his smartest. The way he danced for 12 FULL ROUNDS was something despite his age. You just don't see H.W.'s moving like that today. Haye might win the fight but his H.W. reign will be BRIEF. Holyfield would have DESTROYED him!!

David Haye should have said this:

"Evander Holyfield has forgotten more about boxing than I will ever learn in my lifetime."

The thing people got to remember is that on top of being 15 years past prime, Holyfield came in off a 14 month layoff after being dominated by the highly average sultan ibragamov!

AND Holyfield fought like ****, but that was enough to beat valuev.

Shame Haye is no holyfield, shot or not

Yep true. By saying this do, if Haye wins he is already tarnishing his win by bringing this up. lol

I would like to state for the record that I am and always have been a fan of Holyfields. With that said I thought that I would watch the fight he had with the beast and agree with the majority but in all honesty I can't. That fight was far from the highway robbery everyone claims it was and no where near the worst decision I have ever witnessed. And I am always hearing about the home town decisions in Europe well I have news for you all I have seen plenty worse then the Holyfield vs Valuev decision right here in the USA. What I saw should have been declared a draw for lack of effort on all concerned.

As far as Haye is concerned I just watched an interview on AOL. And I have to ask when was he ever the undisputed Cruiser champ? The answer is he never was and someone really needs to explain that fact to him. And if you listen to him and did not know any better you would think that he was Cruiser champ for a long time and dominated all comers when in reality he had a short reign even for a Cruiser champ. Which really isn't saying very much. With that said it is obvious to me that Haye took what he believes to be the easy path to the HW title and he very well may be able to beat the beast. But, I also believe that for a big man Valuev's boxing skills are underrated. And if he can keep Haye at a distance for 12 rounds it may be all he has to do to win a decision. After all it is his home town. But, I hope, but doubt it will happen, that Valuev hurts Haye and hurts him bad.

I think that even at age 46, Holyfield has a better chin and stamina than Haye.

But because he's younger, Haye is faster and has a better workrate than the old version of Holyfield. He will connect with Valuev's chin many times in the early rounds.

But Valuev received the best punches from Barrett, Chagaev, Ruiz and others. And I could tell by his expressions afterwards, he wasn't really even buzzed by any pf those shots, despite what some people say.

If Valuev's chin holds up in the early rounds, he will likely stop Haye late in the fight.
