Floyd has stopped elite opponents in the past, a la Corrales and Hatton.
(Im sure you will say Hatton is not an elite fighter, but he was certianly percieved as one pre Mayweather)
True. It would be a different fight than the Pac/Jmm fights. And true, Pac has developed and gotten better since those fights.
But if he had trouble with JMM.. Floyd is a monster comparatively. Too smart in there. Too calculating. Floyd has an uncanny ability to capitalize on EVERY mistake a fighter makes. JMM himself said that Floyd would "pick manny apart".. Ricky also picked Floyd to win over Manny, as did DLH.
All the opponents both Pac and PBF have fought have picked Floyd to beat Manny.
I hate to say this but they're all Golden Boy fighters...they are biased. DLH hates Manny so much!
Israel Vazquez KO'd Larios in one round. Pac makes larios move up two (repeat: TWO) divisions in his next fight. manny struggles with larios for 12 rounds.
Pac couldn't stop a guy who just got knocked unconscious by a 122'er.
