If Pacquiao defeats Cotto, Mayweather Jr. is definitely in Pacquiao's hands. Pacquiao doesn't have to give in to any of Floyd's demands, because the ball would be in Manny's court. Who would Floyd fight- Cotto the loser, Mosley, De LA Hoya , Hatton, a prospect? Another light weight? P. Williams? Berto ? Clottey? Quintana? Margarito? Chavez Jr. is just a prospect that hasn't beaten any elite fighter. Sure Floyd could fight him, but it won't change his situation and if Manny wants Chavez Jr. he'll get him first.

Mayweather is definitely at Pacquiao's Mercy.
