Cotto just the three names of, "Clottey, Mosley, Margarito"... I dont even know why you think it's questionable enough for discussion?

Considering 40% of Mayweather's Welterweight resume are not Welterweights that should answer your question. Not to mention the fact that in an era with Cotto, Clottey, Mosely, Margarito, Williams and he has none of those names on his resume.

lolol...Cotto obviously. But Mayweather recently came back from retirement..Cotto has had longer to stack up good opponents on his WW resume

And the JMM thing was a mismatch, but it made the case for a Floyd-Pac confrontation quite resoundingly, provided Pac beats Cotto on Nov 14

                    That is BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mayweather moved up to 147 I believe a year before Cotto did and had a bunch of chances of facing top guys like Margarito, Mosley and even Cotto when he moved up.

Cotto has only had 3 fights since Mayweather retired.
