I want to think he can win but he is untested at MW, the extra weight may slow Martinez down and his advantage against Paul is speed and lateral movement....so regretfully no I don't think Sergio will win.

The people who are picking Martinez to win or rooting for him to win this fight are mostly Paul Williams haters or hardcore Martinez fans like Mathed. Williams is a more busy fighter, and Martinez drops his hands thinking he's Joe Calzaghe. Paul is gonna tax this dude.
