And just because you thought it was boring doesn't mean it wasn't. I'm asking you what exactly it was you were looking for? Why did you think it was boring? Because all they showed was what happens during each of their training camps, its not like HBO tried to make it boring. If you think it was boring that's fine, but I found the Cotto scenes very intuitive, we got to learn a little more about the situation with Cotto's uncle. I'm actually a little surprised Manny has so much turmoil in his camp, and he seems to underestimating Cotto a little bit. Also, Manny's new advisor looks like a complete jackass whose putting nothing but crap in Manny's head. Its apparent that he needs to be with Manny 24/7 and its just leaving Manny open to be taken advantage of.
There are a lot of stories at play, but just because these guys are talking **** to each other, or flapping their gums about how much money they don't have, or good they aren't or drinking their own piss doesn't mean its not good TV. All that **** Mayweather did I thought was anything but entertaining it was annoying. I find it refreshing to see a guy take his camp serious and show he's actually doing this for his family just as I do in my daily job. And its also nice to see how Manny is becoming a lot more like Mayweather in terms of his character such as dancing in the ring, having a massive entourage and overall just embracing the spotlight as well.
