the whole east vs. west thing is ****** anyhow. What is this? 1994 rap wars? come on, that prevents potiential matches since people can't face each other from the same side. I wanted to watch Ishe destroy that Jessie Brinkley fool.

Spinksjinx, I keep reading people posting that its Manfredo vs. Mora, which I think is ridiculous seeing how Manfredo lost. Then he struggled and possibly lost last night (can't tell since they didn't show us enough).

Where did you read that it is Manfredo vs. Mora? Please link to something official if you can.

I hope Mora wins if that's the real final, although I won't really care since if that's true it just proves that the whole thing is rigged. Ishe is clearly the most talented on the show. Manfredo is the one I least want to win now. He already lost and did nothing to deserve to come back on the show.

Farhood and Burnett from NBC dropped the bombshell, of course it could be a hoax but it seems like the likely choices.

Anthony fights next week against whom no idea.

Sergio. If that's true, the ****ing show is rigged. It should be Ishe and Manfredo in the finals, now that Manfredo is back.

It's not a real boxing show, but I'll continue to watch it. They should go, at the very least, 8 round fights. 5 rounds is nothing, it's two more than an amateur fight, and many of these guys are WAY above that level (Ishe, Jonathan, and Peter were all well above that). It's a bull**** show, but still kinda fun to watch. I just wish I could get the whole fight.

To whoever said it looked like Manfredo was loosing. From the highlights they showed, Manfredo won 1, 4, and 5. That's three rounds to two, making him the winner.

I got to thinking the other day, about them not showing the entire fight....I figure there are two reasons for that....

1: They need as much time as possible to keep the Jerry Springer bull**** going so all the ****ing idiots that primetime TV depends on for survival will continue watching...

2: They don't want boxing fans seeing the fights in their entirety because they don't want their "decisions" to be second-guessed, and have to deal with claims of fights being fixed, etc. By only showing highlights, they can make whoever they want to look like the "winner".

OR

1) They know that for the average person, the drama is what captivates them first.

2) Most non-boxing fans are not too interested watching a chess-match boxing. The show is suppose to bring new people to the show, to do that you have to make them like boxing...they do this by showing the best parts of the fights. I know when I wasnt a boxing fan, I use to think tactical fights were so boring. People have to get used to watching a sport first and get familiar with the people to like it.

They definitely prompt these bocksers to be more dramatic than they are. Ishe Smith wouldn't have been super worried to fight any of these guys, let alone that bum he did fight.
