Can boxers punch hard enough to break bones and defensive style fighters?

Yea. I'm sure that **** happens all the time. You supposed to slip, duck, weave, etc against powerpunchers. Blockin is dangerous cuz they can break your damn hand or wrist wit a punch. Not to mention knockin your laces into your face which can cause cuts. And a puncher hittin your glove and your head simultaneously can sumtimes stun a boxer worse than a clean punch.

That guy Cotto is fighting looks in pretty good shape and his arm still got broken! You even hear the pop when the guy quits because of the pain. Not sure if Cotto dislocated the guys arm or if he just broke something. Either way Cotto looked like he hurt someone who was in pretty good shape.
