Both Shane and Floyd were up and comers around this time. Neither one were big name. Mosley could not handle 135 anymore when Floyd Arum made the offen in 99. So I don't get this "well when Floyd wanted the fight Shane turned it down." Cuz that is not really true Shane couldn't make weight anymore and decided to go to 147.

And, then in 2006 about toothache and going on vacation. Floyd wanted the fight in November. Shane did not want to fight against in that calender year. So Shane told him give me 2 months lets fight in January or February. And, Floyd did not want that. So Shane was willing to fight in January not November.

And, Shane wants to fight now and Floyd does not.
