Good point. It's more concerning the current speed at their current weight divisions. So Mayweather as a WW and Khan as a JWW.

In term of who gets from A to B faster, it's Khan.

Obviously Mayweather is the much greater fighter and there isn't much between them in handspeed.

Khan is faster, Mayweather has great timing which makes him look faster than he really is at the WW level. If you compared the Mayweather from the lower weight classes then their speed is about even.

A few posters have touched on a very good point, Khan's A-B hand speed is quicker then Mayweathers just like Zab Judahs is but Floyd disguises his speed well.Feinting and quick movement is what allows him to lead with whatever he likes.

Floyd probably seems faster to opponents (which is the most important) because of his unpredictability, feints, and his already fast hands.

True.. Floyd has a way of moving and positioning himself to execute those punches very effectively.
