his hand speed is still the fastest in the welterweight division. Putting on muscle takes away speed, its like in video games when you create a player or a fighter and you take away from his speed ability rate to add to his power rate, plus pacquiao seems to have improved very much but we'll know for sure after this fight because ricky hatton was done with already although in the fashion that pac beat him did really impress me.
