you know he is the best that is why you are in this thread trying to convince others he is not.
I would respond to this but Story and Pull already beat me to it and they gave great points.

Floyd Mayweather Jr is a WW, this is his WW resume.

        Juan Manuel Marquez(Lightweight)
        Ricky Hatton(Jr WW)
        Carlos Manuel Baldomir
        Zab Judah
        Sharmba Mitchell

        Crap!

Where's the true top WW's like Cotto, Mosley?

exactly Floyd cannot be GOAT because he dont take risky fights, If he was to fight at least three from Cotto, Pac, Mosley, Margarito and Williams, then he could retire with dignity, not picking easy fights, avoiding top welters.

Its easy to be a champion, if u fight a belt holder that u know u can beat. But for a boxer to be the best, the boxer has to take the risk. Manny took a big risk when he fought lebwaba on a 2weeks notice. Manny took a big risk when he fought barrera the first time, the lineal featherweight champion at that time. Manny took a big risk when he fought morales and marquez, both are seasoned champions with hof caliber talents, while manny was considered a 1-dimensional fighter by many. Manny took a big risk when he fought oscar and ricky, both are considered bigger and stronger than manny and are expected to railroad through manny. And now manny is taking an even bigger risk in fightig miguel cotto. So what can u say now moron?..

Floyd is sickening he aint fought anyone to prove his p4p status in years. He just fights small guys.

How can he seriously consider himself the best of all time

he can't be serious he hasn't proved that he is better than Pernell Whitaker

Whitaker constantly fought and beat guys who were bigger than him and had longer reaches e.g. Rivera, Hurtado,Cardona, McGirt, Harold Brazier, Roger Mayweather.

Floyd only fought an past it de la hoya with any advantage only one inch reach.Cant count Corales as having a advantage as he was two inches taller but Floyd had two inches in reach. Bladomir, Judah, Gatti were all smaller than Floyd.

All the greatest fighters like Ali, Duran, Ray Leonard, Ray Robinson, all beat up bigger classier fighters, so how can Floyd consider himself number one.

Is only some of his fans who are fooled, and actually believe the hype.

So we decide who has a true advantage in fights by height and reach?

How the **** were Zab Judah and Carlos Baldomir smaller than Floyd?

Some ppl should refrain from speaking...

floyd should be ashamed for real....aint fought a real welterweight since 2006...that was Baldomir..whos only big wins were over gatti n judah in 2006..gatti on the decline..judah..eh..good win..

in the last 4 or 5 years..Mosley,Cotto,Margarito,Clottey and Williams could easily make up anybodys top 5 Welters in that span..and the self-proclaimed "king of welters" has fought how many of those top 5 fighters? 0.
