dawson is one of the only real fighters he would beat a lot fighters that you mentioned,cloud really only has a punchers chance against dawson he has poor defence he just grits his teeth and keep walking forward all dawson has to do is box him and i can see him making cloud cover up a lot do chad throwing near a 1000 punchs in a fight
