I dont know but I got the impresion that he is afraid of countering coach Roach who is a savy of the sport because technically he really doesnt know what to say.

Maybe also he is not so sure about Cotto ability to beat Pacquiao that prefer to keep his mouth shut. But meanwhile all confidence appears to be in Pacquiao side and they are winning the part of the fight that is the psycho-logic one. I know Cotto's team own a plan for the fight but at this point I know they are a little bit confused and dont know exactly what to expect from Pacquio on fight night. That in fact will make Cotto a little bit tentative and chances are that their game plan will suffer.

It would be an smart move by Santiago to do the same move as Freddy but I got the impression he doesnt have what it take to do that.

There is a saying in PR that goes like this, "Perro que ladra no muerde," which means, the dog that barks does not bite.
