With "Firepower" only 2 weeks away , the anticipation and adrenaline is just crazy.!!!! This is a huge fight for anybody that knows what boxing has been lacking!!! Two warriors. From different islands , both beautiful and full of pride and honor. It is truly an honor to even Witness this kind of fight. Pacquiao is such a great fighter and warrior, willing to leave everything in the ring , and so is Cotto. Two diferent fighters , with different attributes , meeting in one place , facing each other , this goes deeper than money , deeper than ppv numbers.

Pinoys and Ricans , this is an appreciation thread for two exiting , loved , respected and admired fighters , that will face each other on November 14. Lets come together and applaud and show our respect to these 2 great fighters!!!!




As a fan I cant be more grateful , for these type of fighters to agree and meet each other , putting so much on the line, for the right to be called the best , for the right to be called great. !!!!! from this humble Puerto Rican , much love and respect for all those pinoys , and in special to Manny "Pac-Man" Paquiao , truly a great fighter full of heart and courage , worthy of our appreciation , admiration and respect!!!! No matter what the outcome of this fight is , theres no doubt , these are 2 great warriors , than lay the example of what boxing should be , of what a boxer should be and what should do!!!!

well i do appreciate both fighters, specially manny for accepting a fight with cotto even though he doesn't have a real chance of beating him. you have to respect him just for that single fact.

the fight should be entertaining but i'm honestly looking forward to mayweather-cotto. mayweather already mentioned he'd like to fight cotto, floyd is making it pretty obvious he's waiting for pac to lose on the 14th so he can take miguel. now that'd be a fair and equally matched fight. this one will be fun, specially for cotto fans and those who like to see some action, but it doesn't feel right since it's a lopsided bout. we already know what to expect and that pacquiao will lose (just like marquez), but with mayweather it should be interesting.
