Why I dislike Freddie Roach.

Roach does w/e he can to assure a win but watch to what extent. Also does w/e he can to downgrade his opponents possible win.

Roach: "For Pacquiao to fight at 147, we have to feed him 5 times a day to keep the weight on him"

But the dude walks around at 150+. Not only that, 148 is the weight he rehydrates to

Roach: "Cotto looked slow and very hittable against Clottey, he was gonna quit against Clottey", also said that Margarito ruined Cotto. Then he has the nerve to say (Recent interview) he said, "I already know what they're gonna say when we win, they're gonna say Margarito ruined Cotto" Wait a minute, didn't Roach say that?! On top of all that, 145 pound catch weight!

Said that Pacquiao isn't training well, isn't concentrating, too friendly with sparring partners. About hours or a day later, Pacquiao is saying that training is going perfect.

Can't stand the dude, add on to the list if you'd like.

Don't you know that when you increase your activity level you burn more calories? Unless you replace those calories(by eating more) your body will burn fat/muscle (causing weight loss) to supply fuel for itself. Do you think Pac has to eat more or less during training camp to keep up with his workout regiment? Do you have no clue about healthy dieting?

Maybe Roach talks so much because Pacquiao isn't one to run his mouth and hype a fight or downgrade his opponent.

Maybe he is constantly being interviewd because he trains the best fighter in the world and they ask him questions so he answers them..isnt like he calls the journalists up just to say these things, they constantly ask him questions...WHO GIVES A CRAP WHAT HE SAYS.........?

roachs comments dont bother me. one trainer that bothers me is jack loew. hes just a attention whore. hes not funny like roger or big floyd, just annoying. he doesnt really hype the fight eighter, seems like he just talks down pavliks oponents for the sake of talking them down.

floyd sr is funny though. and its pretty obvious hes jokng around 99% of the time. end of the day hes a entertaining guy and a great personality, boxing needs more ppl like him imo. ppl just dislike him cuz hes floyds dad.

yeah Manny walks around 150 lbs but when he start training he will need to eat 5 times a day. whats wrong with that? boxing training is hard. he run every morning, spar, work out, sweat, shadow box, etc etc. if Manny would eat the usual 3 times a day he would lose a lot of weight.
