Too bad a fight couldn't have been finalized w/one of the Klitchko Bros. We would have seen what Haye really has at HW. David should smash Valuev within 9 rounds. After that he needs to fight someone other than the Russian side-show attraction. Really, if Evander treated Valeuv so dirty, Haye had better be able to look good, or face moving back down to CW.

You sure you aren't just pushing for Haye because he is English Lewis? Pulling a Vargas opinion huh?

I'm really surprised at the number of boxing experts who are sure that Haye will KO Valuev.

The guy has never even been rocked, or shaken. If it wasn't for that "loss" in his 46th or 47th fight, he would be the new record holder. Of course Marciano is a poor comparison, since he never fought a live body. The former "greats" were just that- FORMER ! Their standard had diminished enough so that one could say they were evenly matched.

Something like Gatti and Ward both long past their best when they had the 3 fight series. But it made them match up well together.

Lewis knows more about boxing than any of us so if he says Haye will win then i would put money on that.

I dont know, i seem to remember Ruiz hurting Valuev a bit but i dont think Haye will KO him to be honest.

You have to hand it to you Brit's. They stick together. Every single time there is a fight coming up you get these quotes about how the Brit is going to win. Every damn time. Good stuff.

It's about time there was a decent fight to chat about. I think stamina is going to be the key to this one. Haye has been on a sex ban (hope it was worth it).

This fight isn't going to be all that good, with Haye cruising to an easy points decision; at least in the eyes of those who saw the fight and aren't called "judges". Valuev has been given two incredible gifts in "wins" over Larry Donald and especially Evander Holyfield. Plus a iffy decision over John Ruiz but I really don't have a problem with that one. Anyways, Kolya does have a nice jab but he is regressing as a fighter. He peaked against Monte Barrett three years ago and even then Barrett hit him with ease. Also, I'm not sure Valuev has much experience, he trully has been beaten by the top guys he has faced, only to have the judges do what he couldn't; defeat the his opponents. Haye took the easy way out here, and he won't be better for it. This fight sucks.
