Pac will ultimately take the fight even if Cotto is over 147. Keep in mind that Pac's chief sparring partner has been 154-160 the whole time.

Besides, I think Cotto makes 145 without an issue. This is all fight hype.

Why is this even an issue? I'm sure he'll make the 145 and the idea of him not even making 147 is ridiculous.

Besides, they aren't calling off this fight regardless. Arum is the promoting both guys and he'd have a nightmare on his hands if this fight was called off at the last minute. Think about how much HBO has invested in this including the 24/7 series, the ticket sales, the casinos, etc.
