Say that Trinidad's low blows on Vargas were intentional? If Lampley did that, it was totally uncalled for and a terrible assumption. Trinidad-Vargas was a terrific fight, perhaps one of the best ever and in the heat of the moment, low blows, headbutts, punches behind the head, and all those things happen. No need for comments like that.

I don't agree but it's widely viewed that way. Trinidad's no angel but I didn't view that as an intentional foul. I remember the announcers implying it was at the time, though.

lol, theyre hardly professional in delivering the commentary! Too many times I've listened to them kiss the ass of the house fighter to the point that it disgusted me. You'd think that there were no other fighters in the sport..just HBO fighters and their 'victims'
