Yeah, i think Tito won that fight too...but remember tito got a point deducted for grabbing the fence over and over again. Rashad's always been a very good wrestler, and his striking's improved a lot it's far from top tier and amazing but it's effective nonetheless.

his standup has improved dramatically i was watching one of his fights on tuf and it was pathetic im sure one day he will have good standup because he is very athletic and hes quick and has power but its not at the level he thinks it is

i heard that his amateur wrestling career was exaggerated and that his record was something like 30-28 and his only good win was against this guy jones whos supposed to be the greatest ever
