Floyd Mayweather is feather-fisted

Floyd's power and offensive arsenal are hugely underrated. His hand problems have made him more wary of letting his hands go but you usually see him let his hands go for a while once he has his opponent hurt. He simply doesn't want to risk his hands and I don't blame him. Like Hatton said he's stronger than he looks.

Strongly disagree.

Floyd's got plenty of pop. He's capable of taking out WW's, he just needs to fight more careful against them so he doesn't let his hands go as much.

I'm capable of running a hundred miles an hour.. I just go the speed limit because I don't want to violate the law.

he had pop in the lower weight classes.. none at welter though.
he can't take out a legit welterweight.

He isn't notably weak, but when you compare it to others in the division, he isn't particularly a heavy hitter. He's "just okay" as far as power-punching goes. Not too weak, not too strong.

So you think Floyd fights the same now as he did at the lower weights?

He fights more careful cause of his hands and because he's more weary of getting hit by bigger guys and bigger punchers. That doesn't mean he's feather fisted.
