Pretty good interview. Pacquiao needs to train harder than ever before if he's gonna beat Cotto.

"When Manny can hit people, he is good for us"

      He also said,

      "Cotto is slow and hittable"

I understand where he was going with that nobody picked Manny to win against Oscar going into the fight, but that's reasonable. Of course nobody expected Oscar to be so dead on the night either. So in the end, the assumption can be made after the fight based on the performances of both fighters. The only positives I can say about Manny beating Oscar is that Oscar got what he deserved picking on Manny, and it helped make Manny an international superstar.

            You forgot these quotes.

Roach: Mayweather is an easier fight than Cotto and Mosley.

Roach: Cotto brings more to the table than Mayweather.

New Roach Quote: Cotto is hittable and Slow. I worry about fighters who are not hittable. Mayweather worries me a little bit, he's is not hittable, he's a hard style for us.

Gotta wonder if Mayweather's schooling of Marquez changed Freddie's mind?

For him to be changing what he said there's no doubt that he see's Mayweather as a threat or he might be trying to lure Mayweather into the fight. My guess is Mayweather is too defensive and will Counter Pacquiao all night.

I didn't think about the possibility of Roach trying lure Mayweather into a fight with that remark. Good call.
