    B-Hop has good achievements too.

    Wiki~
He is best known for his ten year reign as middleweight world champion in which he successfully defended his title a record 20 times. He is the first fighter to retain all 4 major boxing governing body belts including the Ring Magazine belt in the same fight. He is the oldest man to ever hold the middleweight championship in professional boxing.

    Compared to Jones

As a professional he has captured IBF championships in the middleweight, super middleweight and light heavyweight divisions. He also won the WBA heavyweight title in his only fight in this weight class.Jones was named "Fighter of the Decade" for the 1990s by the Boxing Writers Association of America.

The difference is that no one has done what Hopkins has done.

I feel Pacquiao is One of the Greatest of all time. I mean look at all his big fights names.
      he has

      Morales X2
      Barrera X2
      JMM
      De La Hoya
      Hatton

That right there is a GREAT GREAT Career already. And if you add all his 4 lineal titles in 4 weight classes and 6 weight division champ. I mean what else does the guy have to do to be recognized by some of you? does he have to beat Pavlik, Williams, The Klit bros?? lol. I mean Floyd beats Marquez but at WW and Pacquiao beats Hatton at JWW and everybody says hatton is gone and Floyd gets P4p number 2 for that???? Bull****.

The man is a ATG already in his prime. TO me him and B-Hop are the most accomplished fighers of their ERA. PERIOD!!

maybe beating Cotto will rank Manny inside the top 20 ATG. then beating Mosley will definitely rank hin inside top 10. not just because Mosley or Cotto are both bigger, both world class champion and has been in a welterweight for so many years. its because Manny started in 106 lbs. that would be amazing if he could beat those 2 top welterweight right now.

I disagree if he beat Mosley everybody will say Mosley is done, past it, too old and all that ish, they said about B Hop wen he lost Calzaghe, but changed there minds slightly when he schooled Pavlik, who before was going to be able to beat Hopkins and then Beat Calzaghe lol

in a way you are right. but Bhop is really old. but there shouldnt be excuses like that. BHop was still at his best when he fought Calzaghe. he proved it when he stoppoed Pavlik.

Sorry but Pac has knocked down JMM 4 times and Marquez never ever put Pac on the canvass it says it all. If u score the 3 knockdown round correctly as 10-7 round how the hell can u give the fight to marquez? even Lederman had the fight for Pacquiao , only Marquez nuthuggers and pacquaio haters believe Marquez won any of the fights, Pacquiao was robbed the first time

If he beats Cotto there isn't much more you can do in his era. 7 titles in 7 classes. 4 lineal. Proved critics wrong time n time again. 106-147. Got better and more impressive as he went higher. Combine that with everything about his life outside boxing and you truly have a legend. He'll be talked about years from now.
