HBO also saw a ratings ****e for the four-part "24/7" series leading up to the fight, suggesting Mayweather's persona and fighting skills were the main draw for that surprising number of fans.

"There's no question he's got a little bit of that Muhammad Ali in him from the '60s," Greenburg said. "There were a lot of people that wanted to see his mouth shut as well, and you can't take your eyes off him."

We already have factual evidence that Mayweather is the biggest cashcow in the sport of boxing right now because him and Pac have fought the same opponents in their last 3 fights and Floyd drew in more numbers in every single one of them. But for those of you who are still under the delusion that Pac is the biggest draw, his fight with Cotto will be the nail in the coffin for that arguement. Cotto is a much bigger draw than Piss mouth Marquez is and i anticipate that Mayweather/Marquez will still crush them in PPV buys just like they did to the UFC that same night.

Between Money Mayweathers dominance over Pac in PPV buys and the fact that Pacquiao almost died in the ring fighting Marquez (twice) where as Floyd toyed with him for 12 rounds, it's amazing that Bob "I have no soul" Arum has the nerve to deny Mayweather a 60/40 split if they ever meet. Floyd has proven himself to be the biggest thing in boxing (both skill and PPV wise) time and time again and it would be criminal to see him get anything less then a 60/40 split with an overrated product of the HBO hype machine like Pacquiao.

But that aside, who do you think will sell more? Mayweather vs Marquez or Manny "I'm not in control of my own destiny" Pacquiao vs Cotto?
