Are you telling me that all the sites which have the boondocks videos are blocked by your country or are blocked by our country? Not sure what you are telling me but if that is the problem just learn how to use proxies. Not hard really, or if you don't want to learn how to use proxies, just try a web based proxy page which also should work but if web based proxies don't, learn how to use proxies through your browser. I don't have any trouble with any of the site which have the boon docks episodes so I can not tell you which are blocked for you.
