Pac has a much smaller frame than Cotto does. Even if he is at 153 lbs now, he usually only rehydrates 10 or so lbs on fight night. Cotto rehydrates well over that, something like 15 lbs so you are looking at Cotto at around 160 maybe a lb or two less and Pac at 155 lbs. Plus, Cotto has a bigger frame where the extra 5 lbs can make a big difference.
