Really, for a while it seemed almost certain that he would win a major title. It was very unfortunate that things went the way they did for him. First he gets dq'd against Ruiz, a fighter clearly inferior to him. Then he comes in grossly overweight against Vitali and gets bombed out easily.

What went wrong for him? Some say Don King is to blame.

Give him some respect, even if he looked like a whale that night he still was an excellent, talented fighter. He had the skills and the power. Very rare for a heavyweight.
