      This is a case like Ray Mancini's. Most people see him as a brawler with an exciting style and charisma but not enough accomplishments for the IBHOF. I also think Mancini deserves it although I admit he's one of my favorite boxers ever.

          I don't see how. Beating Mosley is his one standout accomplishment and that's not enough. Or Ricardo Mayorga should go into the Hall as well. Other than beating Shane, no other wins stand out or are Hall worthy. In the age of watered down titles, winning belts in two divisions doesn't mean much.
