    question about cotto's training

from what i saw on the first episode of 24/7 it didnt look like cotto wasn't hitting the pads or the heavy bag very fast or hard. looked like he was just letting his hands go, whats up w/ this.

I didnt see much training from pac, but what i did see, he was hitting the pads hard and fast. and sparring hard and fast.

    btw where is michael moore???

Manny is more intense in training. Like the old saying go's, "Train as you fight". I think we can all agree, that in their previous fights, the difference in intensity is clearly apparent.

Khan and Pac were too scared to tell Moorer off to his face. They told Roach he ****** and Roach sent him packing.

Moorer was given the boot or fired by Roach.

And Cotto trains like that because he focuses his training more on technique rather than speed or pop.

Although there could be more reasons, just ask Mosley and Judah.

That's about how Cotto always trains. 34 out of 35 victories is pretty good with that strategy.

I say bc of technique, but there's many possibilities that exist, such as deceiving his opponents of his true hand speed and pop.
