He's got very good technique and some good fundamentals. He'll be champ one day. Hopefully he'll be given the chance. After the Vera hickup seems like nobody wants anything to do with him.

His fight against a former sparring partner really worried me, I forget his name Sipos?

Lee just looks very unsettled when a fighter gets close to getting inside. Then again so does Wlad but he's a heavyweight. But I do think you need something there to be a world-class middleweight.

I think Macklin is a stronger fighter with less flaws than Lee. I hope they can both win world-titles though. Lee is good to watch when he is in a rhythm.

I agree about the sipos fight he looked well dodgey but he was coming off a year out after surgery on the cuts above his eye after gibbs butted him, as for macklin he started his career in 2001 and has been beaten twice by domestic fighters and look how long it took him to get where he is......

i agree about the sipos fight but andy was coming off a year off after surgery after gibbs butted him,.and macklin started his career in 2001 and has 2 losses to domestic fighters himself..... he might be ahead of andy at the moment but he kind of had a headstart...
