Now, I know that the Steve Cunningham match was last year - however, it was so late on (mid December) that I can't help but let it influence me.

Knocking Cunningham down and outboxing him for periods gave Adamek a well earned decision.

Brutalising Banks and then totally ruining Gunn were the next steps.

Now he has finished an extremely shot Golota.

If Adamek fought and won against a decent Heavyweight contender he should deffinitely be in the running for fighter of the year along with Vitali (assuming he beats Johnson) and Pac (assuming he beats Cotto) and Cotto (assuming he beats Pac well).
