Pac has been known to lower his hands and just swing from the hip from time to time.

That's how martial artists do it..and I think Pac has some background in the martial arts, if I'm not mistaken.

Again pac has never fought with his hands down while dancing around the ring. Yes he lowers his hands sometime, but never has he fought like a roy jones jr type hands down while dancing around the ring. Cotto said that is what Figuero was doing and that is the reason why it was frustrating Cotto. Its not like he couldnt own his a$$, it had more to do with not getting the right look that manny will be given him Nov 14.

Didn't Cotto say that "some fighters grow in fights and some in sparring and Gatto was one that grows in sparring" (or something similar)? Seems to me like Gato was treating sparring like a real fight and Cottos team kicked him out because of it. Which they should do, sparring is preparation for a fight, not a fight.

I have seen that also and it contradicts the other Cotto statement that Gato was clowning around ...

i dont get how can you grow in sparring while clowning around?
